A Little Exploring || Tomori & Hikaru

“So this is what Rosewood looks like?” Tomori murmurs to herself, her nifty camera in her hand as she looks around the college university. She was a bit amazed at just how huge the campus is. It was late afternoon after school and she had the day off from her work so she decides to do a little exploring. She also figures to hit two birds with one stone and visit a college that she could possibly attend in the future or maybe even sooner if she gets a scholarship just like she did with the current academy she is in. 

Tomori moves her camera up and down using various angles to get the whole picture of the campus in a multitude of shots. As she was doing this though she was also walking and of course because she wasn’t looking she accidentally bumps into someone. However, due the abruptness of it all, she accidentally also triggers her ability making her invisible to the person she had bump into. “Sorry” she says, not realizing that they totally can’t see her at the moment.

After seeing one twin there was no doubt in his mind he’d run into the other one day. Today happens to be such day. Kyoya just happen to be strolling through campus when he quite literally bumps into someone. His eyes widen in brief shock before he sighs and dusts himself off. “Figured I’d run into you one day or another, Hikaru” he states . “I saw your brother recently. Seems to be doing quite well for himself” he says with hint of a smile.  Kyoya really wasn’t all that interested in what Hikaru was up to nowadays. What he did want to know though was... “So. According to my account book. You still owe me money. Where is that? Hmm?” See Kyoya knows every little transaction that happens in the club, with his life and basically any expense there is to know he knows it. He keeps track of it in his handy little account book. Being in this strange place didn’t mean he’d forget all about what happened in his previous life. “Now if I calculate it all up plus the interest I’d say you owe just about a quarter as much as Haruhi still owes us” he lies. ” Now how do you plan on paying me back?

Haruhi stared at the sign to the park, still in disbelief that the park had been closed because of slippery conditions. It made sense, but it was still bothersome; it was the quickest path to get across Cestrelle to the other districts. It would detract from Haruhi’s scheduled day.

“This sucks,” she murmured, breathing into her hands for added warmth. She really needed gloves, she realized. It was too cold to not own a pair.

She was ready to turn around and go a different route when she heard someone complaining. There was familiarity to the sudden voice that she heard. This whining sounded familiar and she couldn’t place a finger on it. But she didn’t care. This person sounded too old to complain about something as silly as this.

“Just come back another day,” she said. “But if you really want to-” As she spoke, her eyes shifted towards the individual--after all, these sort of things were better said with eye contact and direction--but she found her words trailing off.

She froze for a second, gaping at the person, who had indeed been familiar. She had heard the insistent whining before. “Hikaru?” she whispered. “Is that really you?”
