“Spicy, huh?” Juleah hummed. It was ironic that she was being called Sugar despite her distaste for anything sweet. “So tell me: what am I? Sweet or spicy?”

Sugar? A part of Juleah wanted to laugh with the statement because it was silly. It wasn’t a bad thing or anything. But it was sweet. “You may let me? Oh honey, what makes you think I should wait for your permission? I don’t think I can do that.”
