teardrop! In canon, her joining TPOT an episode late results in her being put on a solo team.. and being eliminated the second she loses.

Her being on her own reveals a bunch of cool powers we didn't know she had!!

But. Redux!Teardrop does not have so many powers. She trains hard and is THE MOST COMPETITIVE CONTESTANT BY FAR! Being on her own team causes her to overexert herself-- and Eraser doesn't help.

It just,, seems like she'd run out of battery power and be eliminated earlier-- something I can't have!! Elimination order stays the same, so she'd still be gone in TPOT 9. It may be a good way to show her skills on her own, how they've improved because she's gotten practice in. And also kind of to spite Eraser, who wants to sabotage her so badly. She'd be on her last leg by TPOT 9 and, realistically.. I don't think many on the other teams would pity her enough to keep her safe. The S! may(courtesy of Bottle), possibly Just Not. But The Best? She'd be hard targeted.

Putting her on another team may change this, I think Coiny would want her on Team8s to complete his WOAH Bunch dreams. She may or may not be interested. This means that team is up for elimination for two episodes in a row and TD is voted off instead of auto eliminated. She can still flex her skill in winning challenges if she wants(trust me, she will.)

Here's some fun facts about different characters!!

Bottle's choice to switch from Death PACT in TPOT was simply because she wanted to branch out and get to know other contestants.

Bracelety has some of the strongest willpower in the cast. Even after being left alone, she keeps her hopes high and herself busy by exploring.

Lollipop and Teardrop would have kissed if Teardrop didn't move to TPOT. Lollipop flirted with Teardrop a lot and Teardrop reciprocated.

We all know Pin loves paprika. Her obsession with it stems from positive association with a soup her caretaker used to often prep. She is very brave with what she uses it on-- one time she put paprika on her cheese pizza!!

Cake tried DMing a campaign after he was eliminated with what little resources he had. It was put on the back burner because Cake wasn't able to keep track of the worldbuilding.

Flower can not swim.

Bomby brings fruit salad to Price Tag's Just Not game nights. He prides himself in how much Just Not enjoys it and makes sure to put a variety in.

Leafy went camping every year with her guardian(s). She built her survival skills from what they taught her and knows how to use a blade.

Nickel can give you the common name of every bug in Yoyleland.

Roboty dreams of a world where he lives in peace and isolation. Just .. somewhere away from BFDI.

Gaty actively cared for the Funny Plant Saw liked so much up until it died, completely out of her control. She was upset and was made to feel worse when the whole species went extinct for a challenge.

Ice Cube gets Blocky's Funny Doings International shut down by inciting a legal battle due to the harm of Blocky's pranks. Blocky's Funny Doings International lasts from mid 2010 to early 2012.

Blocky's initial response to the backlash was to double down on his pranks to prove that they're harmless, actually. Because recovery centers exist SOO...!!! This backfires on him horribly.

Absolutely loving this blog. Do you fw the head cannon that Leafy would hate the taste / smell of yoyelberries after being forced to eat them for years?

Also your opinion on having any romantic relations in redux! since the og series doesn't have any romance at all.

I do fw that headcanon. I can imagine--

Months/years in isolation destroyed Leafy.

She hated herself. She punished herself. She pushed everyone who tried to help away. She told herself that she deserved it.

Yoyleland had very little food sources. She turned to yoylebushes and their budding fruit: yoyleberries.

Fresh, ripe, unprocessed yoyleberries.

The cool smell of the leaves, like mint, while the fruit was balmy. The initial sweet flavor on the tongue, followed by sour the longer it sat in her mouth. The metallic aftertaste.

Sometimes, she can still smell and taste it. Nobody will bring it up and she can feel it on her tongue, in her nostrils.. she HATES it.

Now, in the romance department!!

I am not that much of a romantic myself,,, but I know a thing or two about writing it!! And I've confirmed romantic attractions for several characters.

I think it's a wonderful idea!! Part of the redux is presenting different dynamics and relationships. Healthy, unhealthy, or otherwise.

I think Match had feelings for Pencil around BFDIA-IDFB. It began to die down in BFB, especially after both of their eliminations. They suddenly had problems. (Six years of trauma) Doomed toxic one-sided yuri!

I also considered Needle and Pencil, which would also be toxic and probably doomed because of the way Pencil was with Needle in BFDIA and how she is with her whole team in IDFB. (inspired by this tiktok)

I toyed with Golf Ball and Tennis Ball but I find it didn't go anywhere, I didn't like it. I ended up giving the flirtiness between them in BFB to Lollipop. The old character proposal I made for them is getting a huge overhaul!

Lollipop flirts with every friend she makes but she is a lesbian!! If Teardrop stuck around after BFB ended, the two of them would've kissed. TD is demiromantic!!

Pen, Blocky, and Eraser as a polycule mayhaps? With Blocky splitting off following BFB post-split and maybe doing something with Woody. I like queer relationships I am queer

Price Tag and Book could be worth something. They're both in a good headspace for it in TPOT!

If the audience has any suggestions, I am all ears!! They do not have to be healthy. They can be toxic and doomed.
