Life update: got a new pet

rearranged my dresser to make some space. here’s the pico with the lights out! Been steady at 80°F with the preset heater, so I’ll be buying an inkbird controller sooner rather than later. And that means I’ll be getting the thermometer out of the display, too. Once I order the lily pipes from jardli (they have a mini set specifically to fit this canister) I’ll replace the hose with longer clear vinyl as well so I can fully tuck the canister behind my vase and disappear all that gear as well. I sort of want to remove the light wood base from the tank though... it’s bugging me.

The aquarium community is fucking lit. Online these sell for $20 a polyp and this sweet five polyp-ed baby set me back a whole ten bucks.
