Seems fitting to revisit that concept at this time.

Torbek's partner wanted Torbek to describe some information about him onto this blog, so they could have note of it and remember it. Torbek is glad to do that! Let's see... Torbek is a bugbear! (A bugbear rogue if you wanna get specific...) Torbek is about seven feet tall. Torbek was a carnie at the Carnivàle Lecroux! There was a uh- a carnie revolt but Torbek never really participated in that. That did cause Torbek to lose his job though... Torbek would also never extort someone who never paid him! Also, Torbek had a girlfriend named Clementine - who was ABSOLUTELY REAL, and NOT a cardboard cutout - before he met his partner. (And besides, Torbek wasn't exactly exclusive...) Anyway... Torbek went to the Witchlight Carnival to look for work. Torbek ended up arriving on the carnival's last day, too late to secure a job there... so Torbek ended up joining his old coworkers, because Torbek didn't really have anything better to do, being out of a job and everything. Also, Torbek can speak goblin!

• he was always a bounty hunter! he was introduced as just some side character bounty hunter in omega men and I don’t remember if he was even named in this or not. he might’ve been? he didn’t wear leather yet but he had the white makeup and solid eyes (altho they were orange first) and fluffy hair but it was shorter here. this did also establish his personality a la how crude he is LOL

• he became leather-clad and red-eyed when they re-introduced his character in justice league international. and I know they gave him a name this time around because they talked about what it means

• ironic that this is what it means because this comic also establishes that lobo doesn’t even kill for fun, just for the bounty/reward, and will even dismiss people if they’re not part of his contract. in fact in this series he wasnt even paid with money, he was paid with food for his pet space dolphins LOL

• I’m pretty sure JLI is the first time his motorcycle appeared too :3
