the potion worked.

the one that was brewed to cure regent cid of his oglopliness

it just turned him into a frog bc hilda slapped oglop on top of the frog spell

the potion didnt work to fully reverse regent cid's transformation bc lady hilda strapped an oglop layer onto a frog spell. it undid one layer, but not both
