Lowkey hates regressing bc its too vulnerable. It used to be a thing he'd do when he felt safe but noli bullied him out of it so now it really only happens as a negative reaction to high stress or trauma triggers so he doesn't have a lot of positive experience with it.
Thumb sucker. This poor man needs a paci but refuses to get one bc it's "too much."
Cries a lot. Another reason he hates regressing he doesnt like crying in front of anyone and its too easy to set him off and its too hard for him to stop.
He cries for "cookid" a lot. When he misses him hes inconsolable for hours. If you can't redirect his attention elsewhere he just has to cry it out.
VERY clingy. Holds onto you when youre going anywhere. Hand, shirt, whatever he can grab a hold of.
His shark pjs are a godsend for regressing at night, though. Leads to him calling it "shark time" in his head :^))
Guest learns about his regression when he catches him "destressing" after a match. He also regresses so he clocked it pretty immediately despite his attempts to hide it.
Guest's non judgement and comforting presence makes it feel safe again to regress. Guest also regressing alongside him definitely helped him open up more.
