Little!Aether, Little!Lumine, and CG!Paimon [or CG!Venti.]
I can honestly see the twins being attached at the hip, especially after being away from eachother for so long, and yet, they would be different when regressed. [Lumine would be loud and talkative, and Aether would be quiet, yet try and take on a brotherly role, despite being smaller than Lumine.]

Aether is a Baby regressor! (0-3) while Lumine is 3-6!
Lumine is often the one "speaking" for Aether as he is selectively mute 99% of the time, even while big.
Lumine will often "tease" Aether and tell Paimon or Venti that "Baba/Papa!! Aether's stinky!!"
That's followed by a change for Aether and Lumine being told to "play nice with the baby, lumi, you know he can't control it"
Paimon often is the one dealing with Aether; especially with his meltdowns, helping him calm down
• Can be anywhere from a toddler to an adolescent depending on how he’s feeling. 2-8 yrs old
• Craves company. He’s used to having his sister around when he’s little, so he understandably gets lonely when others aren’t around
• Paimon is his primary caregiver! She’s not actually good at the parenting part, but she can take care of him well enough
• Anything that Paimon can’t do herself, she can ask others for help with! It’s not uncommon for her to lead a shy Aether up to people they know for help with something
• Usually nonverbal or semiverbal. Paimon is the only one that knows what he wants without him having to say anything
• When he does speak, it tends to be in his native tongue
• Loves to be carried around. Any chance he gets to make up a reason for a piggyback ride, he’ll do so
• Generally likes to be pampered and taken care of
• Enjoys playing with other kids his age. Pretty much every other regressor knows he is one as well, and they always plan playdates when he’s going to be around for a few days
• All the caregivers probably know as well. Aether regresses easily around the ones who give the most parental vibes (Zhongli, Shenhe, Lisa) and he honestly couldn’t pretend otherwise even if he tried
• Sometimes gets understandably scared while adventuring. He’ll come across an eerie part of the map or stumble into a boss den and tell Paimon he ‘wants to go home’
• Has 100% had to participate in commissions or other events while feeling small. His role has him very busy and often doesn’t leave him enough time to use his coping mechanism
• Has 100% also been physically stopped from going on commissions while obviously regressed. I like to think that Zhongli and Yae have snatched him up on one or more occasion when they crossed paths
• I can see Paimon ratting him out to caregivers as well. ‘If you use your wind glider, Paimon’s gonna tell Amber on you!’
• Aether is well-behaved though and rarely breaks the rules, which is probably thanks to the select few times he decided to ignore Paimon, only to find out that her words weren’t an empty threat

Aether is nonverbal and a very small little one! 0-4
Often using diapers on his days off due to being in pain due to injuries he's sustained from hilichurls and the abyss, It's just easier for him!
Paimon keeps a change for him in a little bag she carries around for him! New pants, a Diaper, Ect!
Paimon may be small, but boy is she STRONG. She can pick up Aether relatively easily; Getting him changed with little to no problem!
Paimon often shifts to her bigger form to care for him so she can carry him for longer!
Paimon has a playlist for Aether if he's having trouble being tiny! Having a couple of really cute songs!

Often limping about due to back pain or Pain in his legs from getting hurt due to the abyss order.
Having night terrors of the abyss hurting Lumine and then waking up and crying that she Joined the very thing He was fighting against.
Often having periods of psychosis/ derealisation thinking he is Lumine, which in the end causes him to slip hard, and on those days, all he wants is Lumine..
Often sobbing if he has an accident while Little, If he's big he just freezes which prompts Paimon to get him the F out of there to save face

Aether likes to be held. He isn’t necessarily clingy, but he likes physical touch
Kaeya braids his hair a lot; it reminds him of how Lumine used to do it
Kaeya takes Aether for walks around Mond a lot
The little guy loves the sun
“Papa! Papa can we play in da water?”
“But of course, little one. Don’t go in too far, though, alright?”
“Otay, Papa!”
Aether could spend hours splashing around in the water if Kaeya let him
He’s very easy to please
After an hour or so, Kaeya calls him out and brings him back to his own room of the KOF HQ
“Come now, Aether; we need to get you out of your wet clothes and into some dry jammies, don’t you think?”
“Ahuh! ‘S cold..”
“Oh, I know. It’s alright; Papa will take care of it, my little angel.”
Lots of sleepy baby cuddles once Aether is changed
It never takes long for him to fall asleep if he’s cuddling with Kaeya under a soft blankie
