Realised that I draw AU versions of him more often than I draw his actual main universe design... Oops. Here's my darling boy, my sweet angel, the light of my life. I love Sev so much.

Making animatics is HARD but there are so many ideas I have that I want to make. So here's the garbage looking animatic sketches I have going on right now.

My writing skills have gotten kinda rusty with lack of use but I'm doing my best anyway. I've been in such a creative block lately and I'm feeling like nothing I do is good enough or worth looking at which... y'know, that sucks, but that happens sometimes. Realistically I recognise I just need to get back into the swing of things, do more art studies, writing challenges, that sort of thing. I'll regain my confidence eventually.

Anyway, a really short snippet of a WIP.

It hurts.

Sev knows pain. He'd consider himself an expert in the subject at this point, even. All of the abuse from his mother, his own clumsy accidents, the removal of his wings, the dull bruising pain that followed him through Artifalux, the suffering of withdrawal, and then readjusting to his new normal. He knows pain and he knows it well.

But this hurts.

Not even the pain relief tonic he and Eledan had crafted together is working. The bittersweet taste of it sits in his throat and the infused magic does nothing to soothe the burning pain that sears through his shoulders and seems to spread further than his body even reaches. He'd tried the salve too, a strong smelling balm that leaves his skin tingling and settles his aches, but that had barely had an effect either.
