LoyalDArk!Sev anon, how dare you make me jump into the hole where Voldemort is oddly(and almost creepily) some sort of father figure for Severus?

Seriously though, I’m happy you liked it. Here, have a gift!

- When Dumbledore went into hiding and Severus seized control of Hogwarts, He and Lord Voldemort toasted his victory. 

- Severus did what he could to track down Dumbledore. The former students who have pledged their loyalty to him were of great help. In a way, Severus was doing what Voldemort wanted to do when he asked for the DADA post so long ago.

- When Severus finally met Dumbledore it was in some hilltop. Voldemort was there in the shadows.

- Severus was insulted when Dumbledore offered him a chance to reform. Dumbledore explained that Voldemort’s mistakes need not be Severus’. 

- Albus Dumbledore was hailed as the most powerful wizard of their age. But he was old, and he was outnumbered. Severely outnumbered.

- Before he was struck down, Dumbledore saw the faces of former students, all wearing dark robes and scowls. He asked why they turned to the darkness. He was met by eyes he could have sworn he saw many decades before.

“Because the light refused to save us.”

- Voldemort welcomed Severus in his arms. The next day stories upon stories peppered the Daily Prophet slandering Dumbledore’s name. 

Now don’t go thinking I’m some Voldemort supporter. I do like my fatherly Albus but some angst and darkness never hurt anyone.

Update to Sev's Dark AU ref. The slit in his chest opens up sorta like how Hikaru's does in The Summer Hikaru Died. Yes I'm gonna draw art of Gerry and Sev where Gerry shoves his hand in there out of curiosity. Yes it will be weird. Obviously.
