Finished a weekend workshop with the third cohort of Level 2 students this year. They were all my previous Level 1 students and it was good to see them again. I was also encouraged to hear how the practice of Reiki has been part of the solution for at least one of them in resolving a particularly challenging situation. This weekend was particularly challenging for me as I was up for most of the 2 days dealing with a personal emergency and only finally managed to catch up on my sleep after the workshop was over. 🌟Day 1 of Reiki Level 1 class complete!🌟 Today we delved into the history and principles of Reiki, and learned about the chakra system and how it relates to energy healing. We also practiced some basic meditation techniques to help us connect with the Reiki energy. It's amazing to see how open and receptive everyone in the class is to this healing modality. Come and join Gail as she teaches and attunes new practicers of Reiki. Gail is and experienced Reiki practicioner and now can pass on this gift to others. This will be her first level one class and she looks forward to having you. This first class will be limited to 5 students.
