Bit of Reina lore(ish) post :333
This is basically right before the final fight (like as in Reina is reaching out TO drag him to the final fight kind of deal), and the reflection in the eye is Reina coming at him (this is Damon's eye if you couldn't tell) (ignore how I just used a real ass hand for this I couldn't figure out the fingers)
Also for context as to why Dreamscape is there, it's because Reina is lunging at him while using Dreamscape, because the final fight takes place in a separate reality created by Dreamscape with the sole purpose of holding the final battle without needing to worry about injury to anyone but them and she's coming at him here to drag him with her into that said reality. When the fight is over Reina's gonna be like lwk on the brink of death, collapsing as soon as she gets transported back to Morioh, and her survival depends entirely on whether or not Josuke and co (mainly Josuke since he has CD) make it to her before she dies. They're about 30-40 feet away, and have to worry about at least 4 of Damon's goons left to fight, but they also have only seconds to spare before it's too late because one of the last things Damon manages to do before Reina's victory is tear her heart out (if this was irl she'd be dead instantly, but this is anime logic so she's got about maybe 8 minutes of screentime for the others to make it to her)
