ㅤㅤㅤㅤJunha first knew of Namkyu through Jaeshin, her then-boyfriend. Namkyu was his sire, and Jaeshin went out of his way to warn her to stay away from the man. She learned early on that he was both ancient and dangerous; a being that was not to be played with. And yet, when Junha's life had spiraled beyond her control, it was Namkyu she sought. Unable to bear her old life any longer, she sought a new one — one where she had power and freedom, no longer at the mercy of the industry that sought to dictate all that she was. She came to him knowing she had no right to ask for his gift, that he could very well just dispose of her and rid himself of one more person who knew of his secret, yet she stood before him not absent of fear, but determined in spite of it. And that, she did in earnest, swearing her soul, her body, even her heart, if he should want it. She treated her turning like a gift; not a necessary tragedy. When she awoke into her new life as a vampire, she never looked back. For a year, she spent her time working with Namkyu and his company, preparing a new sound and image for her eventual comeback; one that would be fully transformative, discarding her shattered image as a perfect idol and embracing the truer, darker parts of herself. Her comeback and the sudden announcement that she had signed with Erebos Entertainment sparked a media wildfire, and her global success outshone all of the controversy that had come before. Namkyu had kept his promises to her, and Junha would keep hers in turn. She helped Erebos grow, becoming involved in business dealings and working on her own to lure in new, promising talent, and never once has her loyalty to Namkyu wavered.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤBut their relationship was not strictly business, as they pretended for some time. Rumors abounded that there was more going on between Erebos's founder and his new starlet, but no one close enough to know the truth would dare comment on it. Over time, however, they grew less keen on hiding the nature of their relationship, and it became an open secret within Erebos itself that they were romantically involved. Eventually, after over two years of maintaining the privacy of their relationship, they began to appear openly in public together. No official confirmation was ever given to the media, but Junha confirmed it in a rather cheeky (and controversial) fashion by simply posting a picture of Namkyu after a shower together on her instagram.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤMere months later, rumors began to circulate that the two were expecting their first child, but the grounds for this presumption was questionable, based only on a few candid pics taken by paparazzi that appeared to show Junha with a small baby bump and her subsequent disappearance from the public eye for a time, which just so happened to coincide with the end of her Fallen Angel tour. Eventually it would be revealed that the two indeed had a child — a daughter named Mirae — but she was only introduced to the public after her third birthday. The heir of House Yi remains greatly protected from both the intrusive public eye and potential supernatural threats, never spotted without one of her parents or another trusted member of the household close at hand.
