there is nothing wrong with setting boundaries! if someone is doing something that makes you uncomfortable you have every right to ask them not to! asking someone to respect your boundaries does not make you a bad person/friend ect!
Always Act Accordingly.

Dark Hole
My heart is broken, crushed is my soul.
Sitting in the dark of a bottomless hole.
Wishing for air and searching for light;
Trying not to lose the will to fight.
The cold dark silence wrapped around me;
Curled in a ball where no one can see.
Words can’t escape, emotions too raw;
Just needed to express and know someone saw.

Prompt: “I need you near me right now”
"I’ll be right back, okay?” Person A promises Person B with a smile. Person B nods and sits on the couch, unsure about being alone at the party but happy to be with Person A.
As Person A disappears into the kitchen, a group comes over to Person A. Person A waves and smiles, but the group isn’t very friendly.
“You guys are such cute friends!” One of them says, and that’s when Person A begins to get a bit uncomfortable.
“Actually, we’re together,” A says happily, proud of being with their partner.
“Really?” A different person in the group scoffs, looking at A incredulously. “Person B is with you?” Someone else is the group tries to shush the person talking, but they counter “Just trying to warn the poor thing, Person B is so out of their league! They must be embarrassed.”
The group moves on and Person A tries to sink into the couch, hands fidgeting with the hem of their hoodie. After a while Person B heads back over, drinks in hand and a grin on their face. It’s not until Person B sits that they see Person A’s sad expression.
“Are you okay?” B asks worriedly, and A shrugs. “What happened? Did someone do something?” Person B gets upset quickly, realizing something must have happened. B goes to get up, but A grabs their hand.
“Please, i just want you near me right now.”
Person A explains the encounter to Person B once they sit back down, and Person B pulls person A close.
“Believe me, if anything, you’re out of my league,” Person B tells Person A in a low voice. “I’m literally the luckiest person alive.”
Person A giggles, rolling their eyes.
“And I’m so far from embarrassed, I want everyone here to know you’re mine,” Person B cups Person’s A cheek, pulling them into a slow, passionate kiss. They break away after a bit of a make out session right there on the couch, both breathless.
“Maybe we should ditch the party,” A says, biting their lip.
“God, yes.”
