Today was the perfect day to try my new @releafpack. I spent yesterday in the emergency room. Ya girl has a menstrual headache today along with a tension headache. I may be down for the count the majority of the day. And Sabrina is in heat again. So no peaceful rest for me or her. So this thing right here has become quite a life saver for me. I’ve suffered from chronic migraines since I was in 6/7 grade and I’m 30 now. So they are nothing new to me. I’ve tried EVERYTHING you can think of and I have found many things that have helped. Diet change, better sleep, proper nutrition and some proper stretching. Now, there are days where NOTHING works.
