After every session, I update this chart. This is the latest as of 10/14/19.

Only Dee, Vee, Lo, Pat, and Ro are player characters. The rest are ally and enemy NPCS. 

The old man is an all knowing, forth wall breaking dude named Plot Mcgee. The hot tiefling is an NPC named Jeff. And Melinda is an evil witch who wants to murder Logan and Remy (and probably the rest of us too). 

The dotted lines means things are unclear either between the characters or between players.
