Can you draw Daniel and Janus from sanders sides please
Here's a janus doodle cause sander sides... I haven't been in the fandom in years but I've watched all the recent videos really peak series 🥹🥹 also I'll never draw Daniel again I'm sorry/hj jk I was just not up to drawing him plus I Lowkey despise him a lil...😕
Also I really loved the snake hair idea idk if this is og...
Absolutely 0 shade towards Remus he is an awesome dude through and through
But do you think James would've been maybe at least a little different if it was someone like Juliet(bad example but best I got) or Ira, as the Nexolord before he kicked their arse.
Reason being (insert rant about the CoO not at all understanding nexomon) , and obviously being disgusted towards them with the whole catching and bonding thing,
Cuz I love Remus, but he wouldn't fret or be worried about his nexomon going down n stuff like that.
I feel like if someone else had actually shown that at some point, well, nothing drastic would happen, but maybe..
Question for Virgil: Opinions on literal snakes and krakens?
Virgil: I used to like snakes, I've always been a fan of underappreciated animals, and I always thought they were really cool. Now, though, they have some kinda bad connotations for me.
Virgil: Krakens are fucking awesome, though-
Patton: Virgil!
Virgil: Sorry, freaking awesome. I'm sure Remus would be thrilled to hear people compare him to a kraken, but to be honest I don't associate those with him the way I associate snakes with Janus. If I had to compare Remus to an animal, it would be... I dunno, a ferret maybe, or a really annoying mosquito.
Fuck it, my new favorite head canon is the Janus Hate Club Trio.
-It’s Virgil, Roman, and Remus
-Virgil and Roman kinda start it, not really on purpose. But after POF Virgil let Roman vent to him and now the two of them hang out a lot more. And if venting about Janus becomes a reoccurring topic, then so be it
-Janus was distancing himself from Remus after he got ‘accepted.’ Sure, Virgil looked like he was out for Janus’s blood, Roman avoided him at all costs, and Logan barely trusted him. But he had an in with Patton and Thomas.
-Plus, it was funny to watch a divide grow between Patton and the other light sides
-Remus tries to keep his attention for awhile, doing increasingly crazy and attention-seeking things. But Janus is rarely around him to notice it, and when he does he just scoffs or rolls his eyes
-Remus confronts him about it, asks how he got Thomas to trust him, and Janus explains his side of the story
-It’s basically watered down to, “I just messed with them for awhile, and after the wedding I solved his problem.” but with more details and a little bit more Virgi, Roman, and Logan slander.
-Remus is angry about Janus distancing himself from the dark sides. And now he’s more angry because Roman is still his brother, even if the two of them don’t get along at all
-Roman overhears Janus laughing about how Remus has stopped talking to him. It almost sounds like that bothers him, but when Patton asks Janus say’s it’s no big deal
-Roman is curious, and goes after Remus
-Just for dramatics, they have a talk while bashing each other with sharp objects
-Remus hears Roman’s side..or most of it, because Roman refuses to admit some of the impact. And Roman hears what’s happened to Remus and janus’s relationship
-After that, the twins meet up in the imagination more to sort their shit out. They’re nowhere *near* as close as they were before the whole dark side/light side drama, but they’re getting better
-Eventually, Roman lets it slip he’s been talking to Remus again during one of his and Virgil’s vent sessions
-Virgil is mad, and they get into a small fight
-Remus finds out about the fight, and decides to apologize to Virgil for whatever happened between them. Mostly he apologizes for pushing Virgil’s boundaries and constantly attacking him.
-Remus now sometimes joins their vent sessions. Not all of them, though
-They start an official hate club, but they only tell Logan because they don’t know what Patton or Thomas would say/do
-Logan sometimes joins them, but mostly he just sits and nods and doesn’t add anything of his own
-They are by no means a functional friend group, and plenty of the sessions end in screaming matches and a wrecked room that have nothing to do with Janus. But they’re getting better
HAHA guess who is slowly getting out of writing block :’)
Anyway wrote this at 2 am one night and am a bit proud of it so ya

Hot tears ran down Virgil's face.
Alone
The word seemed to burn itself into Virgil's life. Alone constantly, home, school, anywhere, everywhere. Alone, Alone, Alone. Virgil borrowed himself further into the blankets around him. Maybe he thought, if I burrow myself far enough, it'll feel like a hug. The thought only made the tears continue to fall.
No one wanted to comfort him, it was a fact Virgil thought he could comprehend. But sometimes, the fact his parents assumed he was constantly fine, or the fact he had no one in his life that considered him a friend...hurt. Hurt was to put it in simple terms, it more burned. Burned deep in his skin, burned whenever he saw someone hug another person, burned whenever someone's hand brushed his, burned when he sat alone in his bed late at night.
The sensation made him wanna claw his eyes out, scream till his voice was hoarse, rip out of his own skin.
Another rack of sob ripped from his throat as he shook in his bed. He felt cold, oh so cold, and lonely (what else was new). He reached down onto the floor, attempting to grab the blanket that had fallen there earlier. His hand though found something else. Something that burned. The burn though was different from the loneliness he felt, so different.
Loneliness burned like smoke, or being sat to close to a fire. It washed over him in waves, burning every part of him. It was a familiar feeling, but one he hated.
This burn though was strange, unfamiliar, yet comforting, almost addicting. And for a few seconds Virgil clung to that amazing, warm sensation. But after barely ten seconds he let go, cause that amazing sensation grew to be to much, it overwhelmed him, so he ripped his hand away like what he grabbed was a hot iron.
Virgil's hand flew back up to his bed. What the hell did I just grab? He thought to himself. His mind was cut off though as the sound of scuttling filled his dark room. Virgil went silent as he could. Something was in his room. Something big, and it was moving. And Virgil was Terrified.
The scuttling came to an abrupt end, leaving the only sound in the room to be Virgil's shaky breathing and small sobs that were still coming. He sat like that for minutes, or hours you could have told Virgil etheir and he would have believed you, but a small voice broke the silence.
"Are you ok?" The voice was very small, and came from across Virgil's room. And Virgil didn't know how to respond. Who was in his room? It didn't sound like his mom, or dad, or anyone who (on the rarity) would talk to him at school. "I saw you crying...you do that a lot" the voice said again. Oh great, Virgil thought to himself someone's in my room and they've been stalking me, I'm not getting out of this alive am I?
Silence fell over the room again, neither party knowing what to say. "Am I scaring you? I don't mean to. I'll leave-" "No please stay," Virgil didn't know why he wanted this voice to stay but he did, maybe cause he was scared of being alone, maybe he just wanted to talk to someone. All he knew is that he really didn't want another thing to leave him so suddenly.
"Who are you?" Virgil called into the dark of his room. "I go by Patton!" The voice happily said back. Patton, Virgil didn't know any Patton's… "um, where are you from?" Virgil asked. Patton giggled nervously, "would you believe me if I said under your bed?" Virgil went wide eyed, pulling himself closer to the center of the bed.
"No no no, don't be scared, I'm nice I promise!" Patton said quickly. Virgil, still curled up in a typed ball, skeptical, "why are you under my bed then?" Patton went silent for a second. "Do you have a flashlight?" He asked the anxious boy. Virgil was confused but quickly reached into his bedside tables drawer and retrieved a small flashlight keychain.
"Will this work?" He asked as he quickly turned it on. The keychain shined its light right in front of Virgil, revealing the some shelves of toys he had and part of his closet door. "Yes, that's perfect!" Patton said, "one more thing, you have to promise me you won't scream, ok?" Virgil tensed up a bit, he wasn't great with horror, but Patton didn't seem dangerous … "Ok I promise."
Virgil could practically hear the smile in Patton's voice, "ok...well"
A figure then stepped into the light. They looked about Virgil's age, though they were slightly shorter, they had short brownish blonde hair that curled slightly, they were wearing a gray cat onesie, the hood down, and perched on their nose were big round glasses. Behind the glasses though were the strangest eyes Virgil had ever seen. The whites of Patton's eyes were an opaque, light blue and his pupil and iris were pure black.
From his brownish-blonde curls were horns resembling a ram's. Virgil could also make out what he thought was blue fur running down the back of Patton's neck.
"Hi…" Patton said obviously a bit uncomfortable. Virgil stopped himself from staring. "Your eyes are pretty…" Virgil mumbled. Patton smiled, "Thanks! I like yours to!" Virgil's eyes were a pretty standard dark brown but he took the compliment. "So, how does this explain why you were under my bed?" Virgil asked, curious.
Patton let out a small sigh, before moving to sit down next Virgil. "I-uh…you know those stories, the ones with monster under your bed, or in your closet?" Virgil nodded. "I'm...one of those monsters."
Virgil was a little off-put, didn't monsters in those stories eat kid's toes or lure them under the bed and eat them whole? Was Patton gonna do that?! He seemed so nice though…
Patton seemed to notice Virgil's reaction, "monsters aren't as bad as the ones in the stories though." "They aren't?" Patton giggled, "not even close, all the monsters I've met are really pretty nice." Virgil looked at him curiously, "what other monsters?" Patton beamed, showing off his mouth of sharpish teeth "My closest friends are Roman and Logan. Roman really adventurous, Logan likes math and science, Roman also has a brother named Remus, he's a little...scary but has pretty cool horns. There's also Janus, who has scales- and oh I'm sorry I ramble a lot."
Virgil smiled, "it's fine, I don't mind."
Patton smiled again, "what are your friends like?" Virgil frowned, eyes stinging a bit, "I-I don't have, friends…" Patton frowned, "is that why you're sad?" Virgil bit his lip before nodding.
Patton put a hand on his shoulder, "do you need a hug?" Virgil nodded quickly before practically flinging himself into Patton's touch. As Patton wrapped his arms the taller boy, Virgil felt that burning again. That addictive, comforting burn, it felt amazing.
For a minute Virgil thought he could live there forever, in the safety and warmth of Patton's touch. But that warm, safe touch soon grew too warm and Virgil suddenly felt overwhelmed almost, claustrophobic. He pushed away from the others touch, noticing how his eyes had started leaking tears, his breathing a bit uneven as well.
"I-im sorry, I don't get hugs often, i-it's just a lot." Virgil attempted to explain. "Hey it's ok, just breath in and out, you'll be alright." Patton said, comforting the other the best he could. It luckily didn't take long to get Virgil's breathing under control.
Virgil smiled shyly at the other, "Thanks Pat, for that. No one has ever helped me through one of those." Patton gave Virgil a small, slightly sad smile, "it's what friends do."
Virgil went wide eyed. "Friends?" Patton bit his cheek, "if you wanna be?" Virgil beamed, "I'd really like that" Patton smiled back. "Me to".
Summary: Thomas decides to try out meditation to learn more about his mindscape.
Warnings: Eh, none that I can think of for this chapter.
*Line Break*
So, meditation, wasn’t too hard, Thomas found he had done it alot in the past when talking with his sides. Maybe this can work. Took some time, but he found out of all the people learning, turning off his mind was actually easy to enter into his mindscape.
Thomas sat on the mat in his home as soon the sounds faded out and he opened them to see he was in what they called the ‘Oasis’ part of his mind. The first level as his teacher called it, the place you feel the most stable and encompasses your inner self.
One of the students, Matt, said his was a graveyard, and after having talked to the guy... yeah, he can see it. Another said hers was a clearing in a forest near a pond.
His was interesting, it was a meadow like area with a playground in a small dip between the rolling hills. The air was misty, cool, but in a comfortable way. Took a while to find it too, having exited from an area in the treeline from a long path to get here. But now when he meditated it was like this area was his ‘spawn’ point as he had yet to explore farther.
Taking steps forward through the large, tall grass, Thomas could faintly heart birds around, skittering of animals. flowers were all around the area too, it was very beautiful with the blue, misty sky in the early morning.
One lone tree stood int he center of the park like area, Thomas got the sense he knew this place, but couldn’t quiet remember. Shaking his head he pushed forward, following where he felt the right area to go was. Often your intuition guides you here.
Logan was skeptical about this, but after finding Thomas did indeed enter into his own mind, the others slowly opened up more. In here though, Thomas was mostly on his own in exploring.
He paused when he neared the edge of the clearing, Thomas looked around for a moment, he hadn’t even been this far away from it. But, he didn’t feel afraid, he looked carefully into the forest and thought he saw something. There was a small slope doing a little ways down, nodding to himself he carefully moves down it and finds a footpath near the leaves.
Thomas looks around to see it was autumn now. The trees were semi-bare and the wind was cooler. He carefully stood back up and looked around to see everything clear now, a cottage in the distance next to a small creek. He walked to it, the sound of the leaves crunching and the wind the branches was actually rather comforting.
For a moment, he looked back, to find the mist was now at the edge of where he fell down hiding all else from view. Then back to the cottage, seems only place he had to go was forward. “Huh...” he said as he saw the full picture now.
He neared the small white fencing around a garden like area, it was simple, quaint even. Tomato vines grew on a archway, and some other vegetables and fruits here and there. Blackberries and blueberries near the gate, flowers near the window of a light blue colored cottage. There was the faint smell of cookies in the air also, and Thomas felt... safe here.
The sky was still cloudy, but this gave it a charming feel, with the sun sometimes poking out. He couldn’t see into the house though, strange... Thomas walked up to the door to see a mat that said ‘Wipe your Paws’ at his feet. Then up at the door.
He hesitated for a moment, going to knock only to find as his hand neared it the door opened. No one was behind it, this was freaky, but Thomas guessed in his head that where this was his mind he didn’t have any real locked doors.
Carefully he entered into the cottage, the smell was stronger. And... he was in his living room? No... this place looked very familiar. “Hello?” he called out carefully.
There was a sound as he turned his head to the kitchen, standing there was... “Patton?” Thomas asked, as Patton stared back at him shocked, then a wide grin spread on his moral sides face.
“Son! You actually got here first!” he cheered, putting down the bowl in his hands and taking off the light blue apron.
Arms were around him as Patton hugged him, woah this was different. He felt warm when Patton held him. Thomas found himself smiling as he hugged back, “So this is your place?” he asked once they let go.
Patton nodded happily, “Yup, you’ve already seen this part, but the outside is the first. Anywho kiddo, welcome to my home!” he laughed a bit cheerful as always.
Thomas found the others happiness was always contagious as he grinned back, “It’s strange not popping up and just walking through the front door.” he mused as Patton lead him over to the couch sitting him down as he went to put the timer on the cookies before joining him.
“I’ll say.” Patton agreed as he plopped onto the cushions, where were soft to the touch, much different from his couch. “So, what do you think?” his moral side asked eagerly, nearly bouncing in his seat.
“Of the outside?” Thomas asked, Patton nodded, “I never really knew you liked Autumn.” he said sheepishly.
Patton just laughed, “Yup, I love the colors of it, maple trees always give the best too. Plus their sap makes for some great sweets.” he looked out the window, which Thomas now to see he can see outside of.
Thomas was bemused, “This place is strange.” he commented.
Patton shrugged, “Well kiddo it is your mind after all. Some things just don’t follow the rules of logic and reality here. Anything goes for us.” he explained. “Logan thinks after a while of you doing this, you’ll soon be able to enter areas freely without any thought.” he looked very excited at that idea.
Smiling at him, Thomas nodded, “That would be interesting. So, you guys all live in areas of my mind?” he asked Patton.
“Most of us, me, Logan, and Roman, live on this area, you don’t have to travel far down to find us.” Patton hummed. “I guess I’m the first you’ve met.” Thomas nodded and Patton smiled even more, happy to be the first one.
Patton continued after that, “Logan could better explain it to you, I just know that if you want to meet Janus, Virgil, and Remus, you have to travel deeper into the mind.” he shrugged. “just be careful if you do, too far could mean problems.”
Thomas looked curious at that, but seeing Patton possibly wouldn’t give much else, he resolved to asking Logan when he found him. “Can I ask then,” Patton looked at him now, showing he had his attention, “why isn’t your room affecting me right now?”
His moral side looked puzzled for a moment, then understanding drew in, “Oh! That I think is because you are here just visiting and not in the dilemma. Or something like that.” he waved his hand. “But it makes it great, meaning you can come in here without having to worry about my room affecting you too much!”
Thomas supposed that was a good thing, he actually really liked the cozy feeling this area gave him. It was soft, light, smelled of home to him. He could see why this area now was nostalgia based, one didn’t want to leave because this area was his comfort zone.
“Besides, this also means I can show you around.” Patton said as Thomas saw him get up taking out the cookies and leaving them to cool. “If you want to that is.” he said, hopeful that Thomas would say us.
Getting to his feet, and Patton quickly getting them two coats, he asked “How big is your area?” as he was lead to the back door in the kitchen.
“Princey’s is much bigger than ours, as is Remus’s. Mine is decent enough, I don’t need much Thomas.” he said cheerfully. “besides, everything I like is in walking distance, come on, I’ll show you.” Patton took Thomas’s hand, as the host smiled, maybe this wasn’t a bad idea after all. As he was lead out into the crisp air and Patton leading the way, Thomas decided spending the day with Patton sounded great. He didn’t have much to do anyway.

It wasn’t until later Thomas blinked out of his mind and slowly got back awareness in his body. His legs were numb, but that was fine. He popped his back and looked around his room.
The time read he had been like this for about an hour or so, strange, it felt like hours in his head. “Maybe time moves differently.” he said out loud.
“Yup!” he jumped turning to see on his bed was Logan and Patton. “So?” Logan asked looking at them.
Patton looked excited, still happy from having shown Thomas around. The host shrug, “Seems to work, I just spent time with Patton.”
Logan nodded to this, pushing up his glasses, “And to answer, yes Thomas, time does move different for us, and hour to you could be hours for us.” he explained.
“Okay, good to know.” Thomas muttered as he got up and sat beside Logan as the blood flowed back into his legs.
“At least we know this isn’t a waste of time.” Logan nodded again in thought, “And tomorrow, as we don’t have anything planned, I can show you around my area and answer any questions you have.”
Thomas blinked, was this Logan’s way of saying he was excited about tomorrow. Given Logan didn’t share feelings often, that was his best guess. “Uh... yeah, looking forward to it.” he smiled.
Logan smiled at that faintly, straightening his tie, “Good, for now we have a few things to do in reality Thomas.” he said, Patton groaned having wanted to talk more. But Thomas smiled, yeah, Logan was looking to make time go by faster so tomorrow would come.
Sooo, Jan, are you gonna respect everyone's wished about keeping Remus away from this blog for as long as you guys can manage orrr- not?
Janus: Far be it from me to stop Remus doing anything. But even if I could keep him from this blog, I think his intervention would make things far more eventful.
Janus: ...I don't think he's around at the moment, though. He mentioned something about going on an expedition in the Imagination, so he might not be back for a while.
