What am I doing? I ask myself so often, from where this compulsion of painting comes from? An activity that gives me not as much satisfaction as I would like, something that makes me struggle and curse, something that is, perhaps, unproductive, useless, uncertain. Something I am not good at. But this painful realization makes it similar to life itself, whose meaning is not granted, whose pain is sure, whose pleasure is a fleeting promise.

Anyway, I should avoid to cover my insecurities with pompous philosophy :) this is a w.i.p. and detail for the upcoming Second Volume of Ergo Cosmos, I will punt a link to the first book in the comments! It's available in .pdf and in print.

"Catherine Mary", concept art by me!

Concept art for my OC Catherine Mary, who is the sister of Samuel Mary. She is another character in my story Of Sheep & Wolves, that I may make into a web comic at some point. This is the first digital art I have done for her. It's also been a while since I've drawn her, and my art has improved. I'm not sure how close this is to the finished design, but I think it looks way better than previous attempts. I've really been trying to draw my characters for this story in my free time.
