Yesterday I realized that colorguard is legitimately the only thing that I love doing, even if we have a bad show or don't make finals, colorguard is my passion and I am so happy to be a part of this sport
Literally woke up at 6am thinking about winterguard and sabre work
My first competition as a colorguard instructor was a success! Superior and best in class colorguard! So proud of my girls and our new band director. These kids have worked so hard this season and I'm excited to see what more they can do!
Can't sleep bc I'm thinking about winterguard and the possibility of me marching drum corps next summer and I just love guard and I'm so excited and I hope I can maintain this level of excitement so I don't change my mind about auditioning
I want to spin this winter. I wish money wasn't an issue.
When the person choreographing the dance work for your guard bails on you last minute...
Tbh I wanna be flexible and a good dancer and amazing at guard. The competition today made me realize how much I miss it and regret not spinning this season... Hopefully next season I'll be out there
Show days as an instructor are exhausting
