I was busy today but hell, it's Renjun day so here's a small something for our pure boy Renjun ♡ (also aAA 7DREAM CB!!)

Renjun was in a rush to leave.

He’d overslept in your apartment after movie night and was running late for his practice. He fumbled with his shoulder bag, shoving his phone and ipad in as he ran around with damp hair.

He was running late yet still had time to get you to join him in the shower, which was funny to you and at the same time sweet.

You’ve been dating for a few months now, and this wasn’t something new. Both you and Renjun weren’t heavy sleepers but something about being in each other’s arms made the alarm tolerable and falling asleep much easier to do.

You met through a friend, when your co-worker had set you up on a blind date with a ‘sweet guy’. No, the sweet guy wasn’t Renjun. The sweet guy stood you up, and Renjun just so happened to be dining alone in the restaurant that night. According to him, you caught his eye. You thought he just felt bad to see you all alone and you always bicker about this detail in your relationship.

Renjun was different from other boys you’ve dated before. He is patient, willing to take it slow with you and just full of surprises. A box of chocolates, if you will. You never know what you’re gonna get. In time for the third date, you had opened the discussion about wanting to take things slow and he was more than willing to understand your circumstances. Always willing to wait. You just wanted to focus on your career at the moment, and he perfectly understood that. But it didn’t stop from the kisses to come and the cuddling to last hours.

As you chase him around, making sure he hasn’t forgotten anything, you look over to your nightstand with his airpods and quickly grab it. You eventually make it to the door where he fixes his clothes and brush out his hair.

“Alright, good to go,” he turns to you, a smile plastered on his face. You hide the airpods behind your back, smiling cheekily at him. “Alright,”

Renjun brushes your hair behind your ear and fondly places his palm against your cheek before turning to the door to leave.

“Aren’t you forgetting something?” you pipe up, tilting your head to the side to meet his eyes.

He faces you and his face lit up in realization. You’re just about to reveal his airpods from behind you when Renjun leans in for a kiss, completely taking you by surprise. He pulls away, grinning and looking handsome as ever as you turn beet red. You open your hand in front of him, letting the airpod case dangle by its chain between your fingers.

“I meant this, but that was way better,”
