Part of my Elf Wars AU is that I needed some reploids who were going to be big bads and Elf Crazed (possessed by Baby Elves or used too many Cyber Elves.)

So I sorta had this dream where i had this small clown reploid and well...things went to things and I ended up creating this instead!
