Happy Birthday Willie!

We would like to wish Willie a happy 1st birthday!

We fostered this sweet black kitten (& his sister Birdie) for 2 months last year for Kerry Cat. His birthday was unknown, so we picked something probably close to it & easy to remember! That was July 1st! Willie & Birdie ended up having Calicivirus, which causes eye infections & URIs. Willie took the longest to get better, but eventually he did & was adopted by a family in our neighborhood.

Now Willie is a very happy 1 year old cat with a new little sister, Chloe! Although he loves his own home, Willie also enjoys coming over to our house often to play, going for bike rides & walks! He is a very spoiled cat & a favorite around here!

We are thankful that we got to watch Willie grow up from a wild kitten into a not-as-wild cat! We are also thankful for Willie's family. They have been a blessing to us & our cat rescue.
