No doctor, no. I bent over to pick up my gym bag this morning and there was this immediate sharp pain. I hoped it would go away during the day today, but no such luck.
It’s fine if I don’t move, or once I *get* moving, but the transition from sitting to standing and vice versa is pretty terrible. I’m assuming it’s a pulled or strained muscle (from boxing in all likelihood), and it’ll go away on its own.
If not, I guess I’ll have to go to the dr. :\
