You can type (or copy-and-paste) "%app data%” into the text box (don’t include quotation marks), and then click the OK button. Or hit Enter on the keyboard. This takes you to the USER > App Data > Roaming page in File Explorer.
Now click App Data on the File Explorer address bar.
Double-click the folder in 'Local' to open it.
Find the Google folder, and then open it.
Double-click on Chrome > Users Data.
Locate the default folder. It is possible to first create a backup before you delete it. You can do this by right-clicking on the folder and selecting Copy from the context menu. Go to another location such as an external hard drive (or USB drive), and then copy the contents. Open the drive, right click on a blank area, and select Paste in the context menu.
