#Repost @yogdini • • • • • • Day 4 of #MayYouFold is a #seatedfold . . . . This is more of a yoga shape than pose but let’s count it. Also think the #balanscience pose today for day 14 could count as a seated fold but I couldn’t get myself all the way down to the ground (slide 2). Also went with a fold in fire log pose (slide 3) for a seated fold. Also posting some pike handstand work for #resolutionhandstand366 (slides 5-7). Elevated pike was the task yesterday and gaze shift today so I combined them. Did you know there was a calendar for #resolutionhandstand2020 for everyday of the year? I didn’t realize it but now that I know, I will try work on it too. Also working on some pike jumps and holds and a compressed tuck hold (slide4). Posted another compressed tuck hold to my stories that was a lot longer but this one is more compressed. I’ve decided I need to do more strength work especially with my arms.
