I am a huge advocate of respecting the self and all personal relationships. Another passion of mine is respecting my environment and community. To take care of the earth, we must not only become aware of our influence within it but make a conscious effort to help keep it healthy. Don’t worry, I’m not about to say you HAVE to be full fledge Vegan in order to make a difference. Change is tough and being completely vegan can be challenging for most. If you order a couple of vegan meals a week, shop local occasionally, opt to carpool, ask for no straws in your drinks, VOTE, or recycle YOU are still making a difference. As weeks go by, try to challenge yourself to better yourself and our community.
