A Blossom's Final Dance 🌸
In youth’s bright spring, we swayed beneath the sun,
Two blossoms twirling, laughter on the breeze;
Like petals flirting with the warm wind’s run,
We danced through days of joy with graceful ease.
When autumn whispered soft through golden trees,
Your mother’s bloom fell quiet on the ground;
I stood beside you in the fading breeze,
As seasons shifted, sorrow wrapped around.
Had I but seen the burden in your stem,
I’d sheltered you from every chilling gust;
But time, like wind, disperses fragile gems,
Yet love remains—resilient, true, and just.
Our laughter blossomed like the morning rain,
Silent battles fought beyond my view;
Your story etched within life’s vast terrain—
A tender waltz that nature always knew.
I hear your laughter riding restless wind,
Your smile reflected in each budding tree;
I feel your warmth when solitude begins—
Though far apart, your light still guides me free.
The moonlight wraps you in a silver veil,
A beacon through the darkest, quiet night;
I reach to stars where your soft radiance sails,
A place beyond our reach but full of light.
I long to hold you like the earth holds rain,
To breathe your scent and feel your gentle grace;
Though silence fills the garden where you reign,
Your blossom’s dance remains no time can chase.
Though winds may carry your soft petals far,
Love’s fragrant bloom will always be my star.
Now with a bow to nature’s final chance,
I offer peace to your last, gentle dance.
