This is so cute. Take a look at how Emily decorated her little retro flat in Bromley, UK.
It’s so light, bright and cheerful, and I love the touches of pink with the yellow.

This is the most wonderful setup- Jennifer lives in a sweet apt. above her cute store.
Vintage coats and pictures hang in the hallway leading up the stairs to the apt.
This antique door is the entrance to the apt. in the kitchen. Jennifer etched the glass herself.
Fabulous 50′s sitting area in the kitchen. Isn’t this incredible?
Vintage medicine cabinet repurposed as a spice rack hangs above the stove.
There’re so many vintage things in this apt., it’s like a museum of the 50′s.
These lovely vintage Mexican tiles were left over from a friend’s bathroom project.
This little inset shelf has knicknacks ranging from 1942 to 1956.
To soften the doorway from the kitchen to the living room, Jennifer sewed these curtains from vintage fabric.
Lots of plants in the living room among the vintage finds.
Love the ladder on the bookcase and the textured fabric on the sectional.
A curtain hangs over a built-in shelf to hide music equipment.
A cozy bedroom is off the living room. Love the chenille bedspread.
How Jennifer manages without a closet.
And, now I’m obsessed with finding a torso so I can put a corset on it and hang it over my toilet.

Emily & her girlfriend Brandon’s, interesting thrifted apt. They have so much to see in their home.
Emily collects thrift store art, especially since she & her mom sell vintage items.
They have some mid-century modern pieces in the dining room.
Collecting and furnishing fun vintage things is a great way to make an older apt. into a real showplace.
Isn’t the bedroom cute? It has some odd old furniture pieces, but they work.
They have cool book shelving, too. What a colorful, fun collection.
The bathroom is Emily’s favorite. She certainly made the most of the funky retro style. Love this apt.!
