Happy Winter Solstice!
I have a few errands to run today, picking up some takeout menus, a few groceries to get us through the holiday weekend, etc.
Gotta pay some bills. Always a bit of a buzzkill to have reality sneak into vacation.
Did something yesterday I rarely do: forgot about an appointment! Luckily, they called, were understanding and let me come in even though it was an hour later. When I made the appointment on Monday I was also calling for a prescription refill. When I said, “that way I can pick it up while I’m there,” I was told prescription might not be ready until Wednesday and that’s when I got Wednesday stuck in my head. Thankfully, appointment for Marple was with a tech, not a Vet. Still, embarrassing.
2022 is winding down. ✨
