You're okay with requests, you say? We got normal Severitus, okay. But hear me out...

We don't got enough reverse role Severitus (Adult Harry & Young Snape) on the internet. At least art wise. Anything will do, I beg of you/silly/hj

I like to think that even with the reversed roles, both Harry and Severus retain their core characteristics (Harry being overt and defiant and Severus being pessimistic and cunning). The only difference being the maturity levels switching between the two.

I remember seeing the reverse role severitus genre on potions and snitches, but ive never actually explored it. Feel free to say any headcanons on how you think these two would have found one another!! :DD

"Lord Gaunt." Harry nodded, smile tugging at the corner of his mouth, "Good morning."

"And to you, Lord Prince," Tom replied, "And you, little Prince."

Severus grinned, not yet trained in tradition, and waved, "Hi, Tom! We had toast!"

Harry chided him lightly as Tom smiled down at him.

"With jam, I hope."

Severus nodded, and took his leave, aware that his brother had things to talk about. He scurried off to the lakes edge, feeling a charm hit his back. Harry was quite fond of Severus not drowning, apparently.

"How have things been coming along, Tom?" Harry asked, sitting alongside the older boy under a large oak tree.

"Well," He passed a book, "I took up reading over the summer. You should, too."

Harry folded the book over in his hands. A glamour shivered upon it and Harry pocketed it for later, "Thank you."

"It is my pleasure, as always."

Dumbledore watched them from afar, worry creasing in his brow. This felt too familiar and awfully... wrong.

On Reverse Severitus: one year, Lucius and Narcissa meet up with Severus on the Hogwarts express, only to find him curled up and crying. It’s also clear he hasn’t bathed in some time, and when he walks, he does so with a limp. He later admits that Tobias beat him and told him he can’t ever come home, so at the end of the year, Sev goes home with Lucius to live with the Malfoys. Abraxas somewhat objects to this, but Lucius insists, becoming like an older brother to Sev.

What do you think think of the Reverse Severitus AU?

I like it a lot. It’s nice to see someone take care of young Severus especially if the writer leans into the parental neglect.
