What does your final revision process look like?
My final revision process is all about quantitative rigor and structural integrity. I start with a reverse outline to verify that my argument flows logically and that every piece of aggregated data directly supports my conclusions. I then perform a separate pass specifically to ensure the data is correctly aligned to test my three-part hypothesis. Finally, I read the text aloud to catch any stylistic errors, focusing on moving from passive reporting to active, persuasive communication of the findings. This structured approach ensures I don't just correct mistakes, but refine the effectiveness of the whole project.
