I made a rant about this recently on Facebook. Blood doesn’t meant shit. In fact, blood is most likely to hurt you.

Whenever I get in altercations with the ones I made the post about they love to talk about how we're "family" just because we're half siblings, I'm just kinda like, yeah nah.

Family aren't supposed to lie to me, family aren't supposed to steal from me, it's just nothing about them is family to me. Blood don't mean shit however I do still wish I had a more complete blood related family that weren't so terrible and goddamn ignorant. FFS MY "SISTER" IS ALMOST 40 AND HAS NO JOB, NO CAR, NO SAVINGS, NO ANYTHING, FREELOADS AT MY BROTHER'S HOUSE AND SHE CONSTANTLY CALLS ME SELFISH BECAUSE I SPEND ALL MY PAYCHECKS ON MYSELF AND DON'T WANT HER EATING MY FOOD, YES I'M SORRY I WORK UNLIKE YOU, DIDN'T HAVE ANY KIDS AT 17 AND STILL DON'T HAVE ANY. Here's the kicker as well, and because I stay in my room all day and cater to my hobbies and interests, I apparently have no life. Learning a new language, learning to play an instrument, and constantly studying to become a great artist is not having a life, HOOKAY.
