poe would be the a genius but also a child friend. hasn’t eaten a vegetable in 10 years. doesn’t know the last time he slept. can break into a first order base no problem but can’t work out how to use an oven or wear a pair of matching socks. an evil genius with the life skills of a frat boy. people depend on him to break them out of jail cells and to rescue their asses but equally he depends on them to remind him that drinking 3 energy drinks is not the same as drinking a glass of water.
finn would be the surrounded by idiots friend. he doesn’t know why he sticks around with such a bunch of absolute idiots, other than the fact he loves more than anything and they’re his family. so, really that’s enough reason. 10/10 just embraces it. the only normal one.
rey would be the thrives under stress friend. takes on a million things at once to try and completely loves it. chances are she’s working 5 missions and 3 operations at once. has a coffee in one hand and her datapad in the other. somehow finds time to take on more than everyone else and still get it all done before them. there’s 24 hours in your day? there’s 30 in rey’s.
leia is hands down the mom friend. carries spare phone banks/chargers, bottles of water, wet wipes, etc. reminds you to drink water and eat, and will cook for you if you are incapable. will order food for if you’re too anxious and leaves cute little notes around for her friends.
han is the older brother friend. walks about the house wearing nothing but sweat pants and lives exclusively off of doritos, take out and shitty filter coffee. you know the car guys? han is like that with the falcon and his main personality trait is blaster. but don’t be mistaken, because he can put on a shirt and throw a punch for his friends. he might be a little bit of a jerk and call everyone pal and babe but he has your back.
luke is the makes us all look bad friend. you know when you’re scrolling through facebook whilst you’re waiting for your microwave noodles to cook and you see your mate from high school talking about their new job/baby/engagement? that’s luke. he actually has his shit together and does the things he says he’s gonna do. he made a life plan and he stuck to it. and you’re kinda mad about it, but he also always offers to be the designated driver when you go out for drinks and will dogsit for you when you’re out of town.
anakin is the expresses pain through funny tiktoks friend. will send you tiktoks about mental anguish suffering to laugh about his issues to distract from the pain behind his eyes. says shit like ‘are you the funny friend or did you have a happy childhood?’ and definitely quotes john mulaney too much. it’s all well and good till he gets drunk, and within twenty minutes, he’s asking around to get a public opinion on why his father left him.
obi-wan is the shops at wholefoods friend. does meditation first thing in the morning and his favourite saying is ‘the important thing is that you took part/tried your best!’ and is also a vegan. everything in his life has an aesthetic colour palette and somehow matches. is annoyingly good at parking between the lines and won’t judge his friends for doing actual dumb shit but will judge them for not learning how to drive stick shift/manual or for dating guys named todd. will kill a man for you.
din is the disappears for days at a time then suddenly reappears in the group chat with a meme. he’ll be radio silent for days and not say a word and the only reason you know he’s alive is because he’s been reading the messages in the gc (and airing them). then, after 5 days, he’ll drop a tiktok and then disappear again. hangs out with the group maybe once a month, and it’s always a laugh when he does. excellent at gift giving and is secretly a genius.
