I’m trying to focus on the story I’ve chosen for July’s Camp Nano but the one from April keeps creeping up on me and now I’m torn again

This is Bucharest today. But just the beautiful proud part. Today Romania held protests against the corrupt government. The country situation is pretty bad and the corrupt PSD leaders refuse to drop the power. So the people (110.000) exercised their rights and protested. In a PEACEFUL WAY! What do you think that the Police did? They dropped tear gas all over the crowd - over the ground, in the air, directly in the face, all the ways - they dispersed the masses with water cannons and beat everything in their way. There were kids. There were women. There were old people. It was a free massacre. There are people that lost their consciousness, there are people with bad injuries, there are people that were stepped on by the police. A violent cheap show. There is a lot of anger, hate and feels of not being able to take this anymore around this event. Personally, my heart whips for my country. One little group of pieces of shits reunited a nation - there were a lot of people that came home from other countries especially for this. Tomorrow is a new day. The protests will continue despite the violence raised by PSD. People are angry and they want their rights back. Their country back. Their dignity and respect back. There are almost 30 years since the 89 revolution against the communists and the wounds are still open and fresh. No more. We are not gonna back down, we ll be back, in a peaceful way, again, tomorrow! #rezist #fuckcommunism
We are not numbers, we are free, we are so alive Cuz the day we give in is the day we die!
Tonight. PROTEST for a better Romania.
Resist. Corruption kills.

Ti s-a intamplat?
#rezist #Romania grows tired after one and a half years of protesting against #corruption with no concrete results.
