Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! Couldn’t decide what ship I wanted to draw, so I just... drew a Kris moment. Close enough.

Royal Crème Bro-lée
"This deliciously sweet custard is topped with caramelized sugar as an homage to your super-sweet bro who you love doing team attacks with. You should tell him how you feel. There's no need to keep secrets. We believe in you."
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
5 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp light brown sugar
Heart-shaped sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease four 6 oz. souffle ramekins and set aside on a baking tray
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks and white sugar together until light
In a saucepan over low heat, combined the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Heat until just hot, but not bubbling or boiling. Remove from heat
Add 1/4 of the hot cream mixture into the egg yolk mixture and stir (this will temper the eggs to keep them from scrambling once you add them to the rest of the hot ingredients)
Pour the combined sugar-egg mixture into the rest of the cream mixture and stir until just combined
Pour into your prepared ramekins and fill the baking tray up with water so it comes halfway up the sides of your ramekins. Bake for 40 to 50 min or until the centers are barely set. Refrigerate for several hours to overnight
When ready to serve, top each custard with brown sugar (try to make the shape of a delta rune!) and broil, approx. 2 to 3 inches from the heat source, for approx. 5 min., or until the sugar is melted and caramelizes. Top with heart-shaped sprinkles and serve immediately or within 2 hours

Get Perfect Scrambled Eggs Recipe from Food Network
Ryan’s Level 1 Pop’n Sweet Cafe story heralds the beginning of the Great Eggocalypse of Lilac Court when Mr. C sends an absurd amount of herbal eggs from Kyo City when Joshua is almost ready to depart on vacation, leaving Ryan and MC to make Scrambled Eggs for lunch the first day.
When searching for “herbal eggs”, I couldn’t really find much beyond tea eggs, which seem like they are boiled beforehand, which I am not sure works with scrambled eggs. Instead of anything fancy, I thought we could use a little science from Alton Brown and get back to the basics.
I have heard yay or nay on the milk, but I suppose that is up to you.
INSTRUCTIONS
“Whisk the eggs: Whisk 3 large eggs, 1 pinch of kosher salt, 1 grind of black pepper and 3 tablespoons whole milk together until light and foamy. Add to the pan: Add 1 tablespoon unsalted butter to a 10-to-12-inch nonstick skillet and put it over high heat. When the butter bubbles, pour the eggs straight into the middle of the pan, which will force the butter to the edges, where it's needed. Scramble the eggs: Stir slowly with a rubber or silicone spatula. As soon as curds of eggs begin to form, drop the heat to low and shift from stirring to folding the curds over on themselves while gently shaking the pan with the other hand.”

There are a couple of tips in the full link that I think are going to change the way I personally make eggs!
