Gods and Men fighting as equals, as allies, not as friends. (That AU where Storm became Thor and Kurt joined the Warriors Three)

@djinmer4N/A: Uhm, Kitty is Jane Frost…Funny, cause in the comics Jane Frost is Lady Thor.

Storm, as Kitty recalls, is a woman worth to admire. And it seems the magical hammer of Thor agrees as it chooses Ororo to be the next Thor. As Storm gave up the leadership of the X-men to Scott and Jean, who in turn, aren´t surprised that Ororo is the new Thor. There is one rule for being the new Thor is that…you can’t stay on Earth for much longer as any Thor must return to Asgardian.

However, there absolutely nothing stating that Ororo can´t bring someone else to Asgardian and Storm already have someone in mind, Kitty Pryde, often comments that her researches are not working out and she needs a new perspective.

“So, here are we in Asgardian” Kitty tries to play lightly but the sheer amount of ostentation and raw power in this place is something Kitty be a bit cautious. It is a brave new world.

“Kitten, this is our new home for the time being” and she adds “ the real Thor is an adventure with the Avengers and won´t return for the time being…meanwhile, let me introduced to a few people” Ororo speaks much like it is Kitty´s first day in the school, and the woman can´t deny it is(far worse)

She meets each Asgardian such as Valkyrie and they all mention to be aware of Loki, the trickster, other than that it was a normal welcome(of course, there´s the xenophobia as a large group gaze upon Ororo and Kitty as they are beneath dirty, which Kitty would love to flip them off but Ororo as Thor has more authority here)

Then she meets the warrior three. A group of warriors that are usually in 3, hence the name.

“This is Rogue, the first new warrior of the warrior 3” Kitty smiles as Rogue shakes her gloved hand. Both women seem to find the name a bit silly, thank god.

“This is Rhane, the second new warrior” this name is too silly as Kitty is trying to not laugh and Rhane is failing at this miserable.

“And finally, this is Kurt Wagner, the new third warrior” Kitty´s eyes land on Kurt´s eyes, golden and without pupil or iris. The man takes Kitty´s hand and kissed. It was an odd experience.

“You seem to be really touchy-feely, Mr Wagner, I would be aware of that cause not everyone will like it” Kitty respond and if that reply seems to deject or shame Kurt it causes the opposite effect as the blue man seems to found Kitty an interesting person now.

Storm is the New Thor as Kitty is living in Asgardian with the warrior 3 and learning new things about the universe. Life is full of surprises.

Each issue of classic NM that I read makes me even more obsessed

Waking up in a beautiful place, with all her friends around and no Reverend Craig anywhere. Yep, I can see why she believes herself in heaven. After all the shit she’s gone through, she deserves that bit of happiness. 

But it would be nice if her lover and their son were there too. I hope the question of non-mutant family will be raised at some point.
