While 2020 has certainly been a challenging year, I actually have a lot to be thankful for! Here are the highlights; •With the extra time on my hands I focused a lot more on my photography and Instagram accounts. •Got up close and personal with a couple of #easternblackswallowtail caterpillars and made new friends along the way 👋 @black_swallowtail_mama •Learned A LOT of fun facts while researching for posts •Binge watched @bravewilderness on YouTube and made it a new life goal to work with them (hopefully the more I put it out into the universe the better chance there is of it happening 😉) •Found the courage to reach out and make new contacts •Created a tribute video of a local, peaceful, protest and mural painting, to support the BLM movement, which lead me to collaborating with @barry_kingston_ -adding his music to the video (Thanks Barry!) •Won a Brave Wilderness sweatshirt in a giveaway (thanks @realmarkvins ) while also participating in the #rhinoconservationchallenge with @coyotepeterson @globalconservationforce and @kariega.game.reserve The challenge inspired me to create a photo campaign with some fabulous model/friends and I even got to see rhinos in person! Not only did I place 2nd, I think it’s worth mentioning that I was the only named female to make the leader board, never mind top 5! #girlpower 🥰Thank you friends and family who supported me!🥰 •I had the honor of being featured in the @bettertogetherbook with @betterandcompany As well as having a photo featured in the 2021 @pacificwhalefoundation calendar •Also had a little part in the fan made music video for “Fearless” (the song that inspired my tattoo) by @googoodollsofficial with @absolutegoopics See my story for photo highlights!
