Smol Little John
today I'm here to introduce you to my OCs who are part of Marian's family, it starts with:
Duke Simone of Leaford.
Age: 27 years old
-Is the eldest of the eight children of the late Duke of Leaford and the elder sister of the old King of England the Duchess widow Lillian.
-He is very similar to his father's character, i.e. kind, protective towards his family especially towards Marian, a bit of a control freak and very serious, and rarely allows himself to have fun.
-He writes to Marian almost every day to find out how she is and what is happening at court.
Voice:
Benedict, the official advisor to the duke of Leaford.
Age:25 years old
-He has a great charisma, very kind and sometimes ends up too kind and people take advantage of this side of him, but he is very intelligent in fact Simone took him as a court advisor for his great diplomatic works which he also taught a about his younger brothers and sisters.
-He loves archery and is quite good at it in the sense and when he went to Nottingham it was mostly with the bow and Robin teaching him new things about it.
Henry the court accountants (or better known as the ladyk1ll£r of Leaford)
Age:23 years old.
-He has always been a womanizer from a young age, which on the one hand made him approach many noble women and is therefore not advantageous to form alliances, on the other hand many men hated him for this characteristic of his in fact they forced his father to sending him from castle to castle for many years, until he returned to Leaford at the age of 20 as the royal accountant.
-He and Richard have a friendly rivalry relationship, not only because they are the same age but because Henry has a tendency to tease him which leads them to compete on many factors such as who knows how to use the bow better, who rides better etc.
but they are very close, in fact it was Henry's idea to send Marian to Nottingham to keep her safe together with her cousins.
-He is a little vain and proud but knows how to be kind when necessary, but becoming the accountant at his brother's court has made him lower this side of pride a little.

Felicity widow of the Earl of Yorkshire and the beloved sister of the Duke of Leaford.

-age: 22 years old.
-She is the first daughter of the late Duke of Leadford and his wife, and was married to the Earl of Yorkshire in place of her younger sister who was 11 at the time. At the age of 16, she gave birth to her first child.
a year after the wedding and then she gave birth to her second child at the age of 18.
-Felicity always hated her role at the Yorkshire court, the court was useful to her and she often hoped to die but it seemed to her that the world hated her for being an independent woman but when her husband died, she returned to home with her brothers and parents she began to have her freedom, and hope returned for a better world for her and her sisters.
-Felicity often scolds Marian for some of her choices in clothing and hair, and Marian is forced to "follow" her older sister's advice but in the end Marian always loves the outfits and hairstyles suggested by her sister but will never admit it to her.
-She has a very open and lively personality (but unfortunately due to her social status she can't always show it and above all she didn't show it when she was married which was the cause of her depression) and a little stubborn but above all she flirts with many men who are interested in her approached.

Alexander of Leafford

Age:19 years old.
-Alexander prefers to stay inside his castle than out in the open hunting or riding a horse.
-he is the most introverted and closed of his brothers, in fact he prefers reading or writing poetry to socializing with other people, and he also suffers from social anxiety.
-but beyond this he has a very calm personality, generous and very sweet especially towards nature.
-He has a small personal garden to grow various aromatic plants and flowers.

Cerdic of Leaford
Age: 16 years old.
-He has a very open and sunny personality, with a great sense of humor.
-He and Alexander are often in conflict due to their difference in character and I usually end up fighting but Marian and Simone they always divide them with a bit of effort.
-he's in love with the daughter of his town's herbalist, Maeve, a sweet girl who reciprocates the feeling.
-He loves to visit his older sister (Marian) and spend most of his time with her and Ottavia the younger sister of all the siblings.

Age: 11 years old.
-She is the youngest in the family.
-She has a bubbly character and has a lot of energy, and she loves riding in fact she has several horses.
-In fact, she adores Marian and takes her as an example for most of her actions and decisions.

Hey hey, shout out to my rhmis OC Raven. I don't know how many times I've shown her tbh, but she's one of the antagonists that gets redeemed later on and becomes Scarlets girlfriend tihi (sorry to all the Scarian shippers)

Richard and Eden
Backstory
Richard and Eden met when they were just kids when Eden tried to rob the baker of their bread and Richard intervened, giving Eden enough gold to actually pay for two breads instead of stealing them. The two of them were living two very different lives but they were drawn to each other like moths to a light. They often met up in secret, either Eden snuck into the Castle or Richard snuck out of it. Together they explored Nottingham and taught each other everything they knew from the others world. Eden taught Richard how to survive in the wild, meanwhile Richard taught Eden how to read and write.
Eden was abandoned in Nottingham at a young age, being left in a simple wooden hut with a few scrap gold coins and a note. They had to learn how to fend for themselves early on and had to resort to crime in order to survive. Due to their upbringing, they developed a clear disdain against the royals and nobles, vowing to one day change things.
Richard was born in the royal family, but his father only saw a weapon in him, raising him to be a violent and strategic man to follow King Henry's footsteps. But Richard wasn't a cold blooded killer, and even though he suffered his fathers abuse, he swore himself to never be like him. So he tries to spread kindness and solve conflicts without violence, unlike his father who shed blood anytime he could.
The Incident
King Henry has always despised Eden, so when richard turned 15, he demanded of him to exile Eden once and for all. Richard refused and both of them got into a heated fight, which ended with King Henry forcing a golden ring on Richards head, forever reminding him who he really is and where he belongs. With a heavy heart, Richard exiled Eden. But this ended up being his last straw and what caused him to ultimately rebel against his father.
When Eden was exiled, they were hurt and angry, planning on running off but they were stopped by the royal guards. As they tried to flee, they were badly hurt and landed in the river, getting washed away to the sea. They were picked up by a boat where they were forced to serve under the captain. They also lost their eye in the process, permanently leaving a scar of what trusting a royal did to them.
Current Day
Richard managed to defeat his father, but had to face the pressure of being King at a young age and without a friend to help him, so he ended up becoming an Alcoholic to ease the stress. He also started to suffer from Hallucinations, seeing the past version of Eden haunting them.
Eden freed themselves and became the Captain of their own crew. They now seek out the shipments of the rich, robbing them and gifting the loot to people in need across the world. But they often catch themselves reminiscing of their old life, so when they happen to dock at the shores of England, they don't hesitate to return to their old stomping grounds and reunite with an old friend.

Character Information
Lady Fiona and Evelyn are two side characters from my au whose main role is to advance the character development of other characters. However they do get their own arc where Robin and Maryan help them get together and help Fiona out of her abusive marriage.
Backstories
Fiona: Fiona is of noble blood and her father is friends with Malcolm of Loxley, which caused Fiona, Robin and Scarlet to meet frequently and become close childhood friends. But when the war started, Fiona's father was forced to join in and lost a lot of land during said war. As a last resort, he arranged a marriage between his only daughter and a neighbouring lord so that they would recieve the resources needed to fight this war. Fiona couldn't refuse, so she went along with this idea, but she never had feelings for this lord. Her heart lies with her maid, Evelyn.
Evelyn: Evelyn grew up as the daughter the captain of the guard and was raised with a sword in her hand as well as how to be a maid. When her father died however, she was transfered to serve under a different lord where she started to serve Fiona as her maid. They quickly became friends however and Evelyn used her training to sneak out and protect Fiona constantly.
Relationships
Fiona and Maryan have a big rivarly and despise each other due to being envious of the others life. Therefore, Fiona gets along great with Isabel who also has a feud with the Princess.
Scarlet and Robin are both close with Fiona and eventually Evelyn. Robin reminds Fiona of Evelyn, and Fiona reminds him of John, therefore they both see the person they really love in one another who they cannot reach.
Hehehe Adeline art for me playlist tihi. This is Robins mum btw I should prob mention that. I lowk think she looks too young in this one and I should work on my face anatomy a bit so the older characters actually look older yk. But enough of that, enjoy my bbg 🫶
