he does not handle this very well, he thinks s/o is wonderful, no matter what
he does not understand how s/o can be unhappy about such a minor thing
Hanzo
is not very good at talking about such things, he appears somewhat helpless
tries to comfort s/o if they’re unhappy with the way they are
he gets upset when s/o dislikes themselves
Hanzo thinks the s/o looks adorable tho
he tells them as often as possible (only when they’re in privacy)

teases the s/o with silly nicknames, but he’ll apologize if he overdoes it
when the s/o unsatisfied with their face he’ll comfort them
when s/o was really upset about it some time ago he shaved his beard to show them how ridiculous he looks without it
well it just looked very wrong, but it made s/o laugh so mission accomplished
