Hey, everybody! This is a plea for help... But not like you'd think. I'm alright (just a little stressed, NBD), and I've got something big coming up: the release of my first book/debut, HOME! I can't wait to release it, but I am afraid that it won't get the exposure it needs. See, on Amazon, if you have less than 5 reviews, you can't apply for some book blog reviews, and Amazon won't recommend it when people purchase other books that are similar. I found a home for HOME with a smaller (but awesome) press, WordCrafts Press LLC, so I have to do most of the promotion on my own, my publisher doesn't have much of a budget for my promotion of the book (which I expected, few publishers do any more at all, it's often times up to the author). I'm trying to rectify this lack of book advertisement in several ways: 1. I'm doing a cover reveal and blog tour for the debut-- and you can help! If you have a blog, you can be a host for one or two of these things. 2. I'm giving away digital ARCs (advanced reading copies) of my book in exchange for your honest review on Amazon or Goodreads. This means that you get to read the book a few weeks before it goes on sale! I'm hoping you like it, but honesty is always the best policy. Indie authors like me COVET your reviews!
