falls asleep on the couch
Hmmm, both of them, but Jean more so. Marco only does when he comes home from work super drained and Jean’s not around. Jean will fall asleep anywhere no matter what, especially if it’s a movie he’s seen a million times and Marco is his pillow.
makes friends with the neighbors
Oh gosh, most definitely Marco. He has to repair any damage Jean may have done accidentally when he went to take out the trash and the neighbour was mowing or something. But if they have kids? Jean is all over that, but he won’t admit it.
is the adventurous eater
Marco. Jean’s picky as hell.
hogs the covers at night
Marco. And Jean freezes because of it since he’s so wiry.
forgets to do the dishes
Marco. Jean gets a bit exasperated about it but just ends up doing them anyway. He doesn’t mind too much.
tries to surprise their partner more often
Marco tries to surprise Jean more often, but it’s Jean that actually ends up being surprising without really intending to be.
leaves dirty laundry on the floor
Again, Marco. Jean’s a bit of a neat freak with stuff like that. He likes order. But Marco’s pretty good about remembering to pick it up. Usually.
stays up til 2 AM reading
Jean. He really likes to read and he gets lost in it really easily. Marco will wake up cuz the light is on at some stupid hour and have to forcibly pry the book from his hands.
sings in the shower
Both of them. Marco is loud and has a fairly decent voice. Jean will never admit to it but Marco’s caught his quiet voice sometimes walking by the bathroom in the morning when Jean thinks he’s asleep.
takes the selfies
Both of them, but if they’re together, Jean does it. He likes sending obnoxious snapchats to everyone that get progressively more suggestive and feature a progressively redder Marco.
plans date night
Depends. I think Marco probably tries really hard and it usually ends up going nowhere near according to plan, but Jean is more orderly and manages to get his plans to pan out a little better
