Patiently waiting for the new bike to arrive 💪🏼 (Aug 😩) —————————————————————————— A picture I took of the Ribble R872 while visiting the @ribble_cycles store in @bluewatershopping and being taken through a socially distancing bike fitting service by a very helpful member of staff. Since then I have been well impressed with the customer service provided at Ribble, both in store and their online video call service during COVID-19, and it was definitely a factor which led me to push the button on this bike after a lot of back and fourth between different types of bikes and manufacturers. This picture doesn’t illustrate the the exact specification I went for, but minus the few add ons and geometry adjustments, mine won’t look much different aesthetically.
