Ingredients: 4 lbs pork ribs. 1 cup BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tsp smoked paprika. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. 4 large sandwich buns. 1 cup coleslaw.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Mix these ingredients together to make the rub. Make sure the pork ribs are covered evenly by rubbing the spice mix all over them. Put the ribs on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, turning them over every so often, until they are fully cooked and the edges are charred. For the last 10 minutes of cooking, baste the ribs with BBQ sauce and let it get brown. After taking the ribs off the grill, let them rest for a few minutes before cutting them into individual ribs. For one to two minutes, until golden brown, toast the buns on the grill. Put together the big BBQ rib sandwiches by putting a lot of sliced ribs on the bottom half of each bun. Put coleslaw on top of the ribs and add more BBQ sauce if you like. Add the top half of the bun to the sandwiches and gently press it down to hold everything together. Serve right away and enjoy how tasty it is!
