Why not have an Ultimis AU where Richtofen is a literal Nazi General and he and his platoon get captured by Dempsey and his platoon and get put in jail and stuff

The Americans are like... Super mean to Richtofen and hes always bruised up n’ shit then Dempsey is the only American thats nice to ‘em

Or opposite

Dempsey is captured by Nazi’s sent to a Concentration Camp and Richtofen has always been at least slightly merciful, keeping the other Nazi’s from beating the prisoners too hard, then when the American’s raid the camp during the end of the war, Richtofen is the only one that Dempsey asks them to spare because

A) Eddie’s kinda gay for Dempsey and thas a lil gassable for Nazi’s

B) he was nicer than the other officers

I think tha’d be kinda cute for a fanfic

Kinda similar to the other ending of blood of the dead, but imagine Richtofen getting Dempsey’s attention, just for him to say in sign language “I love you” and either Dempsey gets confused or he finds it the most cutest thing ever 🥺

i feel like he would have had no idea what to do with that knowledge before, and now that he does, whether or not Dempsey knows what he’s saying, he would do it constantly and never tell Dempsey what it actually means agdjgbgg
