For any followers I have left from yet another hiatus here's a couple of fun things: 1. I started an Advocare 24 day challenge. On day 5 right now. So far, so good. I hate the fiber drink. It makes me gag. 2. I signed up for personal programming from my gym at home to help keep me on track on the rig because I have been SUCKING. 3. I also signed up for a diet plan with one of my trainers. She's getting me on a macro tracking plan, food logging etc. I spent a ton of money but I think this is what I really need. The check ins will hold me accountable and make it feel a little bit more like school and homework (which is weird but I love it) That's all. Thanks for sticking around
