Right, so, here's a definition of demiromantic:
A demiromantic is a type of grey-romantic who only experiences romantic attraction after developing an emotional connection beforehand. Demiromantics do not experience primary romantic attraction, but they are capable of secondary romantic attraction. The sexual counterpart to demiromantic is demisexual. Demiromantic people may also prefix a gender orientation to the label, as in "Demi-heteroromantic".

Now, you said "I know you talk about how Sansa is demiromantic" and I think you got confused (I think? Can't remember all the posts I've written...); I often talk about how Sansa is demisexual. Here's the definition of demisexual:
A demisexual is a person who does not experience sexual attraction unless they form a strong emotional connection with someone. [...] In general, demisexuals are not sexually attracted to anyone of any gender; however, when a demisexual is emotionally connected to someone else (whether the feelings are romantic love or deep friendship), the demisexual experiences sexual attraction and desire, but only towards the specific partner or partners."

Here's how I see canon!Sansa: a hetero-romantic demi-heterosexual. (My headcanon is biromantic demi-bisexual [though I also like the idea of her being asexual], but that's another story)
This is going to be quite long, so I'm going to put this under a read-more.
Heteroromantic Sansa?
In the books, we have Sansa's POV. True, she's an unreliable narrator, but I'm going to focus on what we have in her chapters, rather than what we don't have.
Who are the people Sansa felt romantically attracted to in the text [rather than the subtext]? (or at least 'had a crush on')
As far as we know:
Waymar Royce [we learn this in AFFC, Chapter 23, Alayne]
Joffrey Baratheon
Loras Tyrell
[not including Sandor or Margaery because it's not explicitly stated in the text]
Am I forgetting people? It wouldn't change anything to the points I'm trying to make which are: 1) Sansa experiences romantic attraction without truly knowing the person she experiences romantic attraction to (Waymar Royce is basically a stranger who happened to have a pretty face; same goes for Joffrey (until later) and Loras (who is gay)) which rules out the demiromantic theory in my opinion 2) Sansa only experiences romantic attraction to men (so far) (though like I said above you could argue on Margaery's case but I'll leave that to the shippers)
So, heteroromantic, then? That's how I see canon!Sansa.
Demi-heterosexual Sansa?
Now, that's a bit more complicated given that Sansa is still a teenager. The fact that she has experienced a sexual dream [involving her naked self and Tyrion, whom she is repulsed by, who then shifts into Sandor, who climbs into her bed] doesn't really mean anything, given that it's only (?) a dream.
As I said, she's still a teenager (and a Westerosi teenager at that...) so it's difficult to rule out anything per se.
But considering the author's intent, I'd lean towards demi-heterosexual Sansa. Why?
She keeps going on and on (really, she does) about "how the Hound did this" and "how the Hound looked when he did this" and "[how] she found herself thinking of another kiss. She could still remember how it felt, when his cruel mouth pressed down on her own. He had come to Sansa in the darkness as green fire filled the sky. He took a song and a kiss, and left me nothing but a bloody cloak."
Come on, give us a break. I'm not going to mention how her chapters are literally filled with sexual allusions and references because SanSan meta writers have already done it, and better than I ever so I'm leaving it to them.
My point is: Sansa only ever reacts favourably (as favourably as she can in her situation anyway, I mean, we're talking about Sandor let-me-hold-a-dagger-to-your-throat Clegane after all [a dagger... a dagger... mmmmh....]) (she does remember him in a good light though so I have the right to say that) to people she has a strong emotional bond with. Her thoughts about Tyrion and Littlefinger are quite clear: they disgust her (or rather, Tyrion's appearance and name disgust her, and so does Littlefinger's behaviour).
Demi-heterosexual is the interpretation I'm leaning towards, but as I said before, it's only my interpretation of the canon, with what evidence we have (or don't). Sansa is growing up, and we might get a clearer interpretation in the books to come.
