Just seen the James Aurora post what does he mean by “for obvious reasons the other members couldn’t wear the ring of thorns?” And how comes he turned the comments off on the post am I missing something? 😂

I don't know. My first thought was that the Fidelis ring would be a pain in the ass to wear while playing instruments, so maybe that's all he meant.

As for the comments being turned off, I honestly wouldn't blame him if he's just exhausted by the whole shipping discourse. At this point, I'd probably disable them too.

Ring anon here. I sprinkled some salt around the closet after I showed Chess Choco what you said about the salt (I didn't want them to freak out) and luckily they were okay with me doing that now that they knew it wasn't going to hurt whatever cookie is in my closet.

I'm not a hundred percent sure about what I should do next though. I kind of want to try and talk to the cookie in my closet so I can figure out who/what it is, since the salt will hopefully prevent it from attacking me in case it is dangerous.

Do you think this is a good idea? If it is, is there anything I should look out for that'll help me figure out which cookie it might be? You mentioned that it might be an Onion...I don't really know that much about that cookie. What are they like?

Try to look for any distinctive features. Eyecing colors, hair length, dough color, clothing, possible accessories, etc.

Onions are ghost children, basically. Their entire species was wiped out at a point in time, and now all of them returned as ghosts that only a handful of cookies and people are able to see. They're quite frightful, usually being afraid of anything "spooky" and even of themselves, as they don't know that they're ghosts. They can unintentionally spook people sometimes, as they can't really control their powers.

...come to think of it, maybe having a Blackberry around would help, as they're the only non-legendary species known that is consistently able to see and talk to ghosts and spirits

Aww thank you, but the idea mostly stemmed from your lovely writing :) it has also been living rent-free in my mind for quite a while and I just simply had to share it with my favourite LOTR writer <3

Speaking of which, another idea was that Aragorn definitely would want reader to get along well with Arwen, because he wouldn't want anything more than for his two favourite people in Middle Earth to be friends. Reader at first is a bit nervous at meeting such a famous and well reputed half-elf, especially because she's the lover of their older brother figure (I wouldn't be surprised if they consulted Legolas on how to make a good first impression with elves ahaha)

But I can imagine reader being really eager to impress Arwen with their creativity and incredible wealth of knowledge, while also internally panicking if they were a bit too suave and exuberant for a first meeting/hangout. While Arwen merely smiles at their charm and instantly sees why Aragorn would view them as a younger sibling. She probably also thinks that reader is somewhat similar to Elrohir, which further strengthens the sibling-like bond the pair is yet to share. Bonus points is that Elrond likes reader (platonically ofc) for being rather mature and intelligent at such a young age.

Though if reader meets the twins, Elrond might just get a migraine because Elrohir's cunning + reader's mischievous creativity = unpredictable chaos /hj

Aragorn and you both arrange to meet with your separate bodies at the same time, just walk into each other like '0.0' and are so confused. But oh well, what were you supposed to do? He's open about it and so happy that you care - finds it very sweet but wouldn't tease.

Arwen & Elrond certainly like you - they're very lovely about it. Arwen somehow has a stash of small sweets which she will offer, no I do not take feedback (but I do take suggestions as to what they are). She has accidentally called you by one of the twin's names, even if they're not remotely similar. Elrond didn't even register it as odd for a solid six seconds.

And yes!! Twins as brothers/chaotic cousins are the best versions of the twins.

Hi new anon here, and I bring you damian fluff.

So imagine you and damian have been together for years and you two adore each other. I'm talking mortician and gomez kinda vibe here.

So finally he decides he's gonna propose to you and the boy is soooo fucking nervous. He is literally a blushy sweaty mess all day leading up to it. And here's how I'd imagine it would go,

So first he take you to get your favorite food no matter what it is, and after that he's gonna take you to some shops/the mall and get you that one thing you've had your eye on forever. On the way home he's sweating so much and so nervous but when he looks at you he calms down. Your face of perfection is stunning to him. No matter what you think this man worships you. So instead of going on that romantic boat ride he had planned on he takes your offer of a movie night up.

Of course he puts on your favorite movie and you both change into comfy clothing. For a while he just watches the movie cuddling with you until one moment his eyes land on you.

Your smiling and your face is lit up by the screen. You cuddled close to him and wearing his t-shirt and favorite pj bottoms. He just stops breathing,

This moment, the way you are now, is the person he wants to marry. So he gently pushes you off of him and before you can say anything he's running to his coat laying on the table and grabbing the ring.

He pulls you to the edge of the sofa and kneels pulling out the ring.

The man pours his heart and soul into asking you to marry him, he could of asked anytime tonight but he chose to ask when you were truly yourself. Truly comfortable.

He adores you so much and he can't wait to spend the rest of his life with you
