Hunger's Bite was nominated for a Ringo Award!

If you're a professional in the comics industry--which includes self-publishing, webcomics, and non-artistic roles in publishing--you're eligible to vote in the Ringo Awards! And I'd appreciate very much if you'd consider voting for Hunger's Bite as Best Children's Comic or Graphic Novel-- Ages 12 and Up (a mouthful, I know!)

You can vote in the Ringo Awards until August 26th, and you can find Hunger's Bite in your local library, or you can grab a copy from Bookshop! (or you can vote for it without reading it first, that's always been allowed❤️)

I started this one on stream and the composition and proportions kept changing and changing and changing... in the end it changed way too much from the original, but it keeps the same vibe.

Summer is over! Although this particular summer I will not miss.

If you didn't hear already... CITY OF BLANK WON A RINGO AWARD!!! (Which is a big deal in the comic industry!)

But specifically it won a fan favorite award which means YOU GUYS MADE IT HAPPEN!! Literally!

Not to get emotional for a sec, but I really can't express how much this means. I've been creating this comic technically since high school, and especially since starting to do it professionally I've had a lot of ups and downs with my moral towards it. It's really you guys who have kept it alive all these years, both emotionally and financially. I'm serious, it wouldn't be on it's final season if you guys hadn't kept me motivated, nor if you hadn't supported it enough for WEBTOON to keep renewing it. Not every WEBTOON gets to conclude how they planned and I get to do that thanks to you guys. It's an incredible dream come true. So it really means the world that you guys return the love and appreciation for this comic enough to get it an award like this. And I really hope this can help convince a publisher that it's loved enough that there's a demand for it to be printed, which was my biggest reason for wanting to get this award. I feel like getting you guys a printed book is the least I can try to do for you guys, and I hope this makes it more possible.
