Two Boys Against The World

I’ve spent a ridiculously large amount of time on this picture, usually it takes far less, but I wanted to show just how much I adore both the canon and Brand New Eden by Rinienne and so tried to put as much effort in it as I could.

This is kind of an illustration (rather a freeform) for the following scene:

In the very center of the field, surrounded with a nimbus of soft light, sat two boys, clenched to each-other with their tiny hands. One of the boys, Andy recognized immediately, seeing him in his own dream only recently. A child version of himself sat in the middle of the grassy field, his hands wrapped around the second boy in a protective manner. That second child looked to be approximately same age, no older than six or seven. His shoulder length, messy hair was charcoal black, his eyes dark-teal.

So there are two versions since I couldn’t decide between them ^^”

This should have been a peaceful scene, but I remembered their bond being threatened back then, and this agitated image just wouldn’t get out of my mind. It’s as if they both were saying “Don’t you dare even trying breaking this bond, OR ELSE...” =D

Your archangel themed art makes me very happy! :D there’s so little content of them.

 I am very happy, that my art makes you very happy! :D

And the lack of content is more or less the only reason I started drawing them. When I joined tumblr, I wasn’t very keen to post any of my stuff. But I’m glad I did, because the feedback from the fandom and the encouragement of many nice poeple here really helped me to improve my skills
