"You know it’s okay to be afraid."

“Ah’m not afraid,” Of course her protests were futile. Merida had awoken with screams that filled the whole castle; to the point her mother could hear her and came to see if she was alright. She didn’t know if it was to be expected. In her dreams she was lying there on the ground in the darkest pit of night with that beast lurched over her. The snarls that Mor’du made were as sharp as they were as he roared into her ear the night at the stone circle. She swore if she hadn’t ran her hand against her cheek when she composed herself and found nothing, that she would have been covered in his drool. The demonic bear was most certainly sizing her up to maul her to pieces.
“It was just a dream,” Merida tried to remain strong, but the slight quiver in her voice betrayed her, as she looked up at the Queen with tears brimming her eyes.
